  1. Frankenstein Created Woman is perhaps my favorite. I love the bit where Cushing is on trial and he dismissively flips through the pages of a bible while he's on the stand. It's a tiny moment, but totally in character. Uh, Susan Denberg didn't hurt either! I found Revenge to be surprisingly tepid and it kinda put me off the series for awhile though. Destroyed was another favorite, --actually, I saw a lot of these at a day-long Hammer/Halloween film-fest when I was in college. That was when I first saw The Vampire Lovers...

  2. Yes I really enjoyed 'Frankenstein Created Woman' as well Will - especially the caddish aristorcrats who get picked off one by one. I think 'Revenge' was perhaps the cruellest of the lot. The worst two are without a doubt 'Horror of Frankenstein' and 'Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell'
