  1. More great stuff, Shaun! A few of these I'd love to have among my poster collection. For whatever reason, ROBOT MONSTER was something I simply had to see as a kid. Something about the poster artwork screamed excitement. A few years later, I got a hold of a 3D version on Rhino VHS tape and boy was I disappointed. Bad movie brilliance, but definitely nowhere near the extravagance as what's on the poster.

  2. Many thanks Brian! I haven't had the dubious pleasure of ROBOT MONSTER, but I love the poster too. I wonder if there can be a better name for a film than THE TWONKY! That's another I'd like to see. I also love the weird staring eyes on the poster for KILLERS FROM SPACE.

  3. KILLERS FROM SPACE is an awful movie. It's another of those bad sci fi movies with macro enlarged critters. In this case, they never do anything but look "menacing" in a cave if I remember right. The aliens with their ping pong ball eyeballs tell Peter Graves they plan to unleash these "monsters" on the Earth. FIRE MAIDENS FROM OUTER SPACE is another doozy that used to get a lot of airplay early Saturday mornings along with CATWOMEN OF THE MOON.
