Hagman was big time drinker back in the day. I hear he started drinking champagne while getting makeup first thing in the morning on the set of DALLAS and would continue drinking all day, Oliver Reed style. From what I can gather, Hagman was a much more enjoyable drunk to be around, though less of a talent in the acting department, in my opinion. I didn't know he took a crack at directing feature films. Great scans.
